We only collect data that is necessary to deliver our products and improve your experience. This includes:

- Transaction & Billing Information: When you purchase our software, our third-party merchant payment processors collect your billing address, payment details, and transaction history. We do not store or have access to your full credit card credentials.
- Software Licence Verification: Basic technical data (such as hardware UUIDs and license keys) required to activate, validate, and secure your software licence.
- Technical Analytics: Basic server logs, IP addresses, and performance diagnostics collected strictly to prevent fraud, fix software bugs, and ensure security.

- Contractual Necessity: To deliver the software licences you purchase and handle customer account administration.
- Consent: When you voluntarily contact us with general corporate or pre-sale inquiries.

3. 100% Local Processing & Security
Local AI Privacy: Our software packages process all image calculations, depth reconstructions, and relighting transformations 100% locally on your macOS hardware. No user images, source videos, or rendered visual assets are ever transmitted to our servers or third-party cloud providers.
Data Security: We implement robust technical and organisational security measures to protect your digital identity from unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.
4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. We only share information with trusted operational service providers who assist us in running our services (such as merchant payment processors, licence verification infrastructure, and web hosting services), subject to strict data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
We only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.
- General inquiries and emails are retained for a maximum of 24 months following our last interaction.
- Customer account, transactional, and licensing data are retained for up to 6 years following your last active transaction to comply with UK tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
