1. Corporate Details & Governing Law

These Terms, your use of the Site, and any dispute arising out of such use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Commercial Terms & Merchant of Record

All software purchases, licence distributions, payment processing, and transaction billing are exclusively handled by our third-party Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC (and its affiliates).

When purchasing a licence for our software suite, your transaction is subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Luxora Labs Ltd. does not directly process payments or collect billing details for software transactions.

3. Digital Downloads & Statutory Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, when you purchase and download our digital software suite (including Luxora Studio Pro and Luxora De-halo) or activate a licence key, you explicitly request immediate supply of the digital content.

By doing so, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel the transaction once the download or licence activation has commenced. Refund requests are subject to the policies managed via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including text, graphic designs, vectors, logos, code snippets, brand assets, and rendering demonstrations—is the exclusive intellectual property of Luxora Labs Ltd. or its licensors, protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for informational and personal evaluation purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of our brand assets without prior written consent from us is strictly prohibited.

5. Software Licensing & Restrictions

All software downloads, installations, and license key activations are subject to separate End User License Agreements (EULA) provided alongside the application files. Any reverse engineering, binary extraction, decompilation, or unauthorized distribution of our Metal-accelerated computing kernels is a violation of international copyright laws and will result in the immediate termination of your licenses and potential legal action.

6. User Obligations & Conduct

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Introduce malicious code, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material designed to disrupt or compromise website hosting endpoints.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or licensing verification APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding web uptime or content correctness.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law (including statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
